Digital printing is a printing technique that links computers directly with presses. In digital printing, your electronic file is output directly onto paper or another substrate. This differs from traditional offset printing that requires the intermediate stage of setting up film or plates. Offset printing is designed for mass production of printed materials and involves substantial setup costs for each job.
- Short runs and cost effective. With no set up and no set-up costs, digital printing allows you to order a small quantity of each print piece. Digital printing is a fast, cost-effective way to produce a short run of pieces while maintaining impeccable quality and sharpness of colours and images.
- Flexibility and customized output for maximum impact. You can use digital printing to make your campaigns more effective as we can print pieces with different designs and messages, yet keep them all integrated according to your campaign creative. - Enhanced finishing with quick turnaround time. Digital printing allows you to order short runs of various printed products, all quickly custom-finished to install-ready. This includes, for example, mounting a poster in card stock, punching the holes for banners, mounting banners or posters in a metal frame.
Large-format printing generally refers to output larger than 11” x 17”. Applications include posters, signage, point-of-purchase displays, banners, trade show displays, fleet graphics, murals and billboards.
